Many, many thanks for helping me to get my computer to successfully work again.
In the beginning I needed you to open up an email with a video attachment, which would not open. You quickly found out that the Windows Media Player was corrupt. Trying to fix this, you found out that I had 12 versions of McAfee which was allowing files to be corrupted. So you switched me over to Eset Security System. As you could not get the computer to work properly you took it home to hook it up to a Toshiba program which you had, (my computer being Toshiba), which indicated that the battery wire needed resoldering.
As this was something you did not do, you took the computer to Synergenics, a Guelph repair depot. They could not get the system working - it kept restarting, and suggested it be returned to Toshiba in Markham.
In the meantime, you very kindly backed up my hard drive and loaded it onto another computer which you loaned me for quite a few days - thank you for that! Next we took my non-working computer back to Best Buy-Future Shop, where I had bought it not quite 3 years ago and they returned it to Toshiba in Markham.
The upshot of all this is that my computer needed a new motherboard (everything was under warranty, thank goodness). So upon its return, you then had to back up and transfer all the data onto my fixed computer.
So over the course of a couple of weeks you were to my home quite a few times, even picking me up to go to Best Buy as my own car was away being repaired. I have very much appreciated all your help and kindness in getting my computer back in good working order again!
